To improve the quality and practice of medical journalism and improve relationship between journalists and medical profession.

Pakistan Medial Journalist's Association

The Association shall be formed with the following aims and objects under Societies Registration Act III of 1860. a. To hold/organize seminars/symposia b. To make necessary arrangements for refresher courses and training of medical journalists. c. To foster co-operation and collaboration among the members. d. To encourage purposive thinking, fraternal feeling and wholesome activities amongst the members. e. To inculcate the spirit of observation of moral values and awaken sense of duty, discipline, self respect and self help. f. To purchase, take on lease or hire or otherwise acquire land or building for the purpose of Association, Library and Hospital. g. To organise functions and lectures etc., on appropriate occasions. h. To make suitable arrangements for the education facilities and moral training for the children of he members and others. i. To print and or publish any advertisements, newspapers, book, periodicals, brochures, pamphlets, maps, leaflets and statistics for the benefit of medical journalists. j. Promoters will not be the paid employee of the Association and will work on non-commercial and non-political basis. k. All above activities of Association shall be for its members and shall be on no profit no loss basis.
